Continuing Education Transcript Information

When you are logged on to the website as a member or a prospect, you have the ability to track your continuing education hours and access your personalized continuing education transcript.  Those who are not presently registered as either a prospect or a member of PAPRS and cannot log onto the system, but who register for one of our courses through the website will automatically have a prospect profile created, enabling them to log on and access the transcript feature.

The transcript contains all fields generally required by auditors.  At a minimum, the transcript will include all courses that you registered for via this website and completed. Presently the system will provide a transcript that you can download, and you will also be able to download an individual certificate for each course taken.  You cannot edit the transcript for items added by PAPRS, but PAPRS staff is here to help if you find an error in the data contained in your transcript.

Additionally, you have the option to add any courses you completed with other educational providers. In this section you can add, edit, and delete information on your own.  This feature enables you to have one complete record of all your continuing education for a chosen date range.  Whether or not you use this feature is your choice.  Additionally, you can upload a digital copy (PDF) of an associated certificate received from the other educational provider. Later, you can also download  the certificate as needed.

The system has a feature that allows you to filter continuing education data by date range, category, and by who added the credit (PAPRS system administrator or yourself). You can then export a PDF of your educational activity within the chosen date range. This feature should prove to be an asset as you prepare for any regulatory inspection or audit.

Use the "My Continuing Education Transcript" button in the Education menu dropdown to access your transcript.
