PAPRS Class of 2025 Election of Board of Directors

Nominations Open September 30, 2022; Nominations Close October 20, 2022

PAPRS makes every effort to maintain diverse representation on the Board from various regions of the state and the perspectives of Providers, Persons in Recovery, Family, Managed Care, and Government.

Anyone may make a nomination. You may nominate yourself, or a colleague.
If nominating someone other than yourself, please be sure to have discussed the nomination with your nominee and assure his/her/their agreement to be nominated.  The nominee must be a member of PRA/PAPRS, or agree to join by December 31, 2022.

Minimum PAPRS Board Responsibilities

  • Serve a term of 3 years.  (If elected, nominees will serve from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025)
  • Attend PAPRS Board meetings. The Board meets approximately six times a year, usually on the fourth Thursday and Friday of the month. Thursday meetings generally run 4-6PM, and Fridays run 8:30AM- 1:00PM on Zoom. Times are subject to change.  Meetings for this term will start on January 26 & 27, 2023.  In-person meetings of the Board may resume before the end of the term; times and location will be determined later.
  • Become familiar with the PAPRS By-Laws, operating procedures, Strategic Plan and organizational goals.
  • Serve on at least one PAPRS Committee.  Participate in Board or Committee meetings by computer or phone.  Some work or business for the organization will be expected between meetings.
  • Participate in the Annual Conference
